This multifamily development was completed in 1991 and provides 99 units of affordable housing to low-income seniors 62+ and disabled individuals. Somerset Villas offers an ideal location and is designed to meet the special needs of elderly and disabled residents as they age in the community. This property offers coin operated laundry facilities, a furnished community room which can accommodate 100 persons, a spacious lobby, intercom access security and ample landscaped areas with seating.

The adaptive design of Somerset Villas and our Resident Services Program aims to provide a supportive environment to accommodate the needs of our residents. Our objective is to link our residents to services available in the community and region to reduce the incidence of premature institutionalization and provide support as they age in their community with dignity. A monthly calendar of activities is developed by the Resident Services Coordinator to keep residents engaged in social activities, connect them to service providers and provide health screenings.
