Casa Caribe is owned and operated by Casa Caribe, Inc., a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation. It was developed through a joint venture of HACE and Episcopal Hospital. Construction and permanent financing was secured from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority in cooperation with the Office of Housing and Community Development. Pre-development funding was provided by Mellon Bank and the William Penn Foundation.
