Rafael Porrata-Doria, Esq.
Chairman
Temple Law School professor since 1982. Member of numerous community boards including HACE and the Eagleville Hospital and Foundation which operates a number of drug and alcohol programs

Guillermo Salas, Jr. President and co-founder of HACE. Over 25 years experience in community development. Member of civic and community boards including Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations (PACDC), and West Kensington Boys and Girls Club

Ernest E. Jones, Esq.
Treasurer
President and CEO of Private Industry Council. Community advocate. Member in many boards including the United Way, CoreStates, and Thomas Jefferson University

Myrna Toro
Secretary
President and CEO of Synterra, LTD, a site architecture firm with over 18 years experience. Member of various boards including sponsorship of Shepherd Elementary School in North Philadelphia

Joy Keil
Assistant Secretary
Received a degree in education from Temple University. Teaching at John Worcister Public School in Germantown. Participated in developing HACE's Neighborhood Strategic Plan.

Judith Reedman Involved in various civic activities including Hispanic Heritage and the Latino Scholarship Fund.

Efrain Posada Member of Living Word Community Church. Participates and volunteers in many community organizations including the Salvation Army and HACE.

Cesar Santiago A graduate of Temple Law School. Founder of the Latino Fraternity at Temple University which promotes tutoring of young school children and higher education.

Asteria Vives Recently started her own marketing and consulting business. Participates in various political campaigns and is an employment and training inspector for low-income people.

Mike Garcia Community Loan officer for Mellon Bank with several years experience in community revitalization. Member of civic and community boards including the Housing Association of the Delaware Valley.

Cindy Rodriguez Low-income community resident formerly of HACE's Villas Del Caribe housing development now a community homeowner.
